Now that Tawnies Catley and Bradley have moved on to the next stage of their rehabilitation, it was time to upgrade Tawny Owls Stanbrook, Wickham and Horringer into their newly vacated Aviary, after their morning feed. They were a bit freaked out at first but soon settled into exploring their new surroundings. An hour later, could find Stanbrook and Wickham sitting in the ivy but searched for ages looking for Horringer. You would be amazed how difficult it is to see them sometimes but eventually tracked him down to a spot below the other two in the ivy. I’m sure they will enjoy having the extra space and the flexibility to eat when they want….
