Telephone call from Will at Great Maplestead earlier this morning to advise he had an injured Barn Owl, could I help. Went over and collected him – beautiful bird but with a very dodgy right wing. Cannot find a break as such but he has definitely damaged it. Hydrated, fed and medicated him and put him in a cage to settle down and observe him. Seeing my Vet in the morning to try and ascertain what is going on. Fingers crossed for this little one please…
